Neepaporn Boungjaktha (nickname “A”) has been in the economic development industry for over 20 years working with the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, National Center for APEC, Greater Seattle Partners, and Snohomish County. As Executive Director for Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers, “A” oversees the County’s economic, workforce, trade, and tourism activities, including Paine Field Airport.

Heyne is a leading expert on aviation fuels. He heads the Bioproducts, Sciences, and Engineering (BSEL) Lab, which provides space for critical research to advance non-energy products that can be used to promote energy sustainability. Heyne’s ongoing collaborations with aviation and energy companies, academic laboratories, and national laboratories help accelerate partnerships for sustainable aviation fuel development.
